Artist/Designer: Mr. Dyshann Anderson
Hartford, Connecticut, USA born 1974

Dyshann Anderson is an Illustrator, Painter, Graphic Artist, Author, Entrepreneur, and now Printmaker. Anderson graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design and is now a Master of Information Design at Central Connecticut State University. Mr. Anderson’s interests include Fine Art, Photography, project management design, and print production. Continuing education is the foundation of his color-rich daydream style, and he gains inspiration from Gustav Klimt, Paul Goodnight, Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas, Henry Ossawa Tanner, and Zuzana Licko.

During the last twenty years, Mr. Anderson has exceeded challenges in commercial printing and graphic design as well as training, planning, and organizing his foundations to make a difference in Connecticut. His motivation is to produce creative design and help revitalize the art culture in Connecticut with exhibits by himself and allies, Anderson hopes to inspire local artists to challenge themselves. Doing this will manufacture a strong tradition for the Arts in Connecticut.

Placid-mannered and reserved, Mr. Anderson chooses to retreat from the spotlight, yet his physical appearance is distinguishing. Often misunderstood, Anderson was later discovered to be an INTJ (introverted, intuitive, thinking, and judging). The “Architect,” or the “Strategist,” later acknowledges with hidden talents, Dyshann decides to return to his studies and pursue a master’s degree.

Launched in 2006, Dyshann Anderson is responsible for Aquastone Graphic Arts & Print’s overall project management, directing strategic business marketing, designing, and art direction.
